Ground collar is necessary when using an adapter with the travel surge protector.  A ground Collar is required to complete the ground connection when using travel surge protector.  Surge Protector or a Continental Europe (Schuko) appliance plug with any of our Grounded Universal Adaptor Plugs.

This ground collar is required for use with the travel surge protector when using an adapter plug.  An adapter plug is required for the surge protector when traveling to foreign countries that do not use the Continental European round pin outlets.
